This text has been prepared, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, to obtain your explicit consent for sending you commercial electronic messages for campaign, announcement, promotion, informational and marketing purposes, and for the processing of your personal data within this scope.

This explicit consent is not mandatory for you to send an information, quote, communication or application request through the Website. Not giving commercial electronic message consent does not prevent you from using the forms on the Website or submitting your request.

1. Scope of Explicit Consent and Purposes of Processing

If you check the relevant consent box on the Website or give explicit consent, your first name, last name, phone number, email address, communication preferences and commercial electronic message consent records may be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

If the servers of some technical infrastructure, message delivery, analytics or marketing services used are located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with applicable legislation and with the necessary security measures taken.

4. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent and Right to Refuse

You may withdraw your explicit consent and commercial electronic message permission at any time, without giving any reason.

You can exercise this right by using the refusal, unsubscribe or opt-out link included in commercial electronic messages sent to you, or by submitting your request via the contact email address stated above.

If you withdraw your explicit consent, marketing and commercial electronic message delivery to you will be stopped. Withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities carried out before the date of withdrawal.

5. Retention Period

Your commercial electronic message consent and explicit consent records may be retained for the period the consent remains valid and taking into account the retention periods stipulated in applicable legislation.

If you withdraw your explicit consent or remove your commercial electronic message permission, the relevant records may be retained for periods in accordance with applicable legislation for the purpose of managing your refusal/opt-out record and fulfilling legal obligations.

By checking the relevant consent box on the Website, you accept that you have read and understood this text, and that you give your free and explicit consent to the processing of your personal data within the scope stated above and to commercial electronic messages being sent to you.
